Duckhorn Vineyards is known for its high quality offerings in California, and their Rose is no exception. A very crisp and dry rose that has flavors of strawberries, dried orange peel, and a bright citrus on the finish. This bone-dry rose is clearly intended to be taken seriously and does particularly well when enjoyed with food. This will work well with summer chicken dishes, a creamy pasta dish, or salmon. In our case, this went extremely well with duck breast.
