A great California Chardonnay that displays just the right amount of oak and fresh fruits
The Fetzer Chardonnay is really well balanced and flavourful. It does well with its handling of oak, never overpowering the other flavours but working in perfect harmony. Prominent notes of lemon with a hint of nuttiness on the finish really rounds this Chardonnay out. This works really well with food, as it has the delicacy to avoid overwhelming the food but enough to it to add to many dishes. Pairs well with soft and medium cheeses, fish dishes, and risotto.
