A stunning Rioja that demands your attention from the first sip! A complex wine that seamlessly integrates a wide scope of flavours, while never overwhelming the palate or presenting any harshness. I found this wine to pair extremely well with steak and most beef dishes, but its smoothness and finesse allows it to be enjoyed without food. A word of caution though, enjoying one too many glasses of this wine could lead you to purchasing the case!

Structure: full bodied, high but silky smooth tannins, high acidity, dry
