Nova Scotia is rarely known for its wine industry, but the Nova 7 is a standout for the province that is worth considering. With a great balance of acidity, flavour, sweetness, and sparkles, this is perfect for a warm summer day or summer sipping with friends. Those that enjoy sweeter wines will love this, and pessimists will likely find it difficult to say this isn’t delicious. Pairs well with spicier fish dishes, but certainly doesn’t require food to enjoy it.
