This Italian sparkling wine, simply put, is fantastic. It is very well balanced, flavorful, and offers all of this at a great value. With upfront bright notes of citrus, apple, and pear, alongside an undertone of bready pastries, this is a robust wine that can satisfy many purposes. The bubbles are small and light, never overwhelming with an over-carbonated feeling. This works very well before or after a meal, but also pairs well alongside some foods. Light appetizers and pastries work best, but this also works very well for those summer brunches. This is a must try for sparkling wine lovers.
