Justin winery has struck a nice balance with this example, bringing forward a powerful cabernet but doesn’t overstay its welcome on the palate. This offers nice notes of black cherry, blackberry, tobacco, and vanilla. For food pairings, this works really well with a classic salty steak on the grill or other heavier red meats.
